Humanities Excursion

Thursday 12th March saw our entire year seven cohort visit the Melbourne Museum to build on our classroom studies of ‘What is history?’ Students took part in an interactive, hands-on session with museum staff, which looked at artefacts, and more specifically what artefacts can tell us about past societies, peoples and ways of life. After this classroom session students had the opportunity to explore the extensive collections of the museum and were fascinated by the wonders of our past.
